we have bought members mark total protection unisex briefs-XL for 2 years now for my mother they are good quality (compared to other brands for cost and quality), and we only have the occasion where she goes more then what the breif will hold. for those occasions we buy members mark disposable bed pads which saves on laundry, they also work great and are good value. We have gone through many different brands and these ARE the best bang for your buck. the XL is approx a 12-14 female pant size for those wondering about comparison vs pant size

They don’t show though clothes with any bunches or creases. These are good quality, the absorption can last for hours which is great for overnight.

All of my clients that I have use them love them! No tears or leaks. Very absorbent. Easy to put on and take off. Gives my people a sense of relief. I liked the extra protection I experienced, but they were a little lose on me. I believe they would have fit a man more better than a woman. Overall, they are durable and hold true to what they product offers.
