Instructions wre not great---and their customer support agreed. What was provided by the manufacturer was slightly in error. Instructions should have read that stareting from the bottom of the unit is better than putting the corner poles together and then trying to slide the shelves down, rather than connecting the corners and trying to add the shelves.

Silver paint on the racks was chipping right out of the box and the plastic insert locks for the shelves do not stay in place. Every time I try to put the shelf on the inserts would continually slip down the rod, even when pressed into the shelf. I have not had any problems with the Seville 48 inch wire rack.

Trip to another club to get it. It was out of the way, but my local club said it had some, but when I went it did not (same day!). Fairly easy to put together, cheap, but should be OK. Smaller than some others I have in my garage and got for around the same price, but it will do.

Love these storage shelves! They are perfect for pantry items in the basement and the wheels make them so convenient for cleaning around and under. Purchased 4 for our home and 2 for my daughter’s new loft apartment. They put together so easily also and I like that you can choose between the feet or wheels.

Pantry storage problem solved! We moved in our new house and hadn’t had time to build pantry shelves yet. We purchased four of these shelves and they are great! Food is on one wall nicely arranged and all of the kitchen appliances are in the other wall neatly arranged.

Very, very pleased with these shelves - I was able to put one together without help, although of course it was quicker with my husband's assistance for the other three. With the included wheels, it means we can put the vast majority of our storage room on four shelving units and still do the needed renovation to re-floor and re-paint that area simply by moving everything out. in moments. Then moving it back in will be just as easy. No teardown and moving heavy stuff out. Just wheeling stuff out and wheeling it back in. Each unit also fit eight file boxes, two on each shelf, quite easily--I use file boxes for storage because I can't usually pack one that is too heavy for me to lift, so it was important that they hold quite a few.

Wanted a shelving unit that rolls. The wheels on the bottom do not stay on. Purchased item two weeks ago and the wheels don't fit properly. The wrench that comes with the unit only fits 2 of the nuts, other 2 have to hand tighten because normal wrenches are to big. Quality of the inside shaft is a lightweight metal that I expect in a few months (maybe sooner) will warp or buckle causing the wheels to be useless.

I bought four of these for my garage so I could easily move them away from the wall to clean behind. They are very sturdy and easy to move, they also hold quite a bit of stuff. The racks can be set to whatever height you need to allow for taller items such as bins.

This metal shelving system was a lot taller than what I expected; that is a plus. I was able to build it very easily and is sturdy...solid. I put on the wheels for movement and it flow easily. I am very satisfied since I was able to take away from the floor equipment, organize it, and protect it.

This is the second Seville Classic 4 tier rack we have purchased. Happy to get this one $10 less than the 1st we bought. We use the racks/shelving in our bulk storage room. It gets all the extra products we buy off the floor and neatly organized. When we first started shopping Sam's and stocking up on sale products we had the 1st rack. It worked so well it was a no brainer to get another once the need arose and the shelving went on sale. Good quality, stout enough to hold heavy bags of supplies, canned goods, etc. Goes together easily and the wheels make it easy to roll into place and lock down. Yo can also go with feet in lieu of the wheels.
