One of the poles was bent. It was very difficult to put together. I've bought similar shelves over the years and never had a problem. I did finally get it cobbled together and decided to keep it since it sits in a closet and it took so long to get it. Also, I had to place a shim under one leg because it wasn't level.

Pantry storage problem solved! We moved in our new house and hadn’t had time to build pantry shelves yet. We purchased four of these shelves and they are great! Food is on one wall nicely arranged and all of the kitchen appliances are in the other wall neatly arranged.

It is made very well and easy to put together. Just note: If you use the rollers it will not hold much weight. Maxed at a little over 300 lb for the entire shelf system if you use the wheels for the feet. They provide alternative stable feet to use if desired and it will hold MUCH more maximum weight...like 300 per shelf! Just letting you know. I wasn’t aware of the weight difference until I got it delivered.

The shelves are bice but a little lighter weight than I thought.. Also, one of the shelves had a weld loose where the corner attached to the base shelf.. I had already thrown the box away before I noticed it, so could not return it… I put that shelf on the bottom and propped the corner up and it works fine..

Great shelves. Use for heavy items. Easy to assemble, wheels around good with heavy items. Looks nice. Have purchased same ones years ago and still in great shape so just purchased 2 more now, can’t beat these from Sam’s even if they look the same at your local hardware store, they are not, can’t do better anywhere.

Excellent buy. Female senior citizen here that hates assembly of anything. this was pretty easy. Of the 4 shelves, I only got one a little crooked. When it's got stuff on it, it is not noticable. Entire processs took less than an hour for me....I'm sure a guy could do it in 20 minutes. I've seen this other places for $40 - $50 more. I'm happy with the purchase. It fits nicely into my closet.

I actually love the shelving unit, it's perfect for my needs. The issue I have is that the packaging had previously been opened, the straps that held the poles together had been cut on both sets and one of the shelves was damaged. We put it together anyway because we needed it. It's gine now that it's together and the damaged shelf doesn't affect the use of it.

Very, very pleased with these shelves - I was able to put one together without help, although of course it was quicker with my husband's assistance for the other three. With the included wheels, it means we can put the vast majority of our storage room on four shelving units and still do the needed renovation to re-floor and re-paint that area simply by moving everything out. in moments. Then moving it back in will be just as easy. No teardown and moving heavy stuff out. Just wheeling stuff out and wheeling it back in. Each unit also fit eight file boxes, two on each shelf, quite easily--I use file boxes for storage because I can't usually pack one that is too heavy for me to lift, so it was important that they hold quite a few.

These steel wire shelving units are sturdy and very easy to assemble but it does take 2 people! They are not too big and work perfectly for what we needed them for. I recommend them to anyone who needs shelving space where they can't put shelves on walls, etc. Very good product and a great price at Sam's!

I like this wire shelving so much, I have purchased a second one now! It's a nice size to fit into smaller spaces. And the wheels are fantastic so that I can easily move it when needed for cleaning etc. This is an excellent value and a nice quality. I would not hesitate to buy a 3rd one if I needed it!
