PRODUCT LOOKS USED....

4 of 8 poles were dented where the threads are.

poles bent at thread ends

35.5" wide not 36" which doesn't seem like a big deal unless your boxes you were going to put on the shelves don't fit

Ok but size is off

Ordered this item before and everything was fine, great price for intended purpose.  Ordered a second time and some of the pieces are bent.

Bent pieces

The clamps that hold each shelf in place are imperfect and constantly falling off while assembling, but once you get it together its just fine.

Super easy to assemble, you will need a hammer or mallet to put shelves in place......thought it was going to be flimsy but it’s not and I love it

perfect, better than expected

I ordered this the first time in silver. Love it... Ordered another silver to match and they sent me a Black. went on to ask for a return and was told, that I must send it back first before getting a refund.. I didn't have the option to have them send me a silver one. I actually think that they should of ordered me my silver( since they made the mistake in sending me the wrong color ) and picked up the item in exchange. I should not have to pay to send this back.

I needed narrow wire shelving so it would fit in our laundry room. This particular model fits that bill. Although it was easy to put together, I found that you must position the poles vertically and not horizontally before putting the slip sleeves on in order for them to attach to the poles. In addition, although each shelf will hold up to 300lbs each, that is only if you use the feet on the bottom poles and not the wheels. If you use the wheels then the maximum each shelf can hold is 27.5lbs which is considerably less.

Good shelves at a great price.
