I am using this in a recipe to make Alsatian choucroute. In this recipe, you mix sauerkraut with a dry riesling, chicken broth, a lot of different meats, onions and garlic, caraway seeds, and juniper berries. It slow cooks for nine hours. Yum! Even better, the cook gets to drink the rest of the wine. :) An AI program told me that this wine would be a good replacement for dry Alsatian riesling, which is not readily available aside from big liquor stores. If you need a dry wine, this is a good selection. Make sure to get the one that says brut rather than extra dry, as the latter is sweeter.

I bought a few bottles for my family’s Christmas brunch and it went so fast, realized I should’ve bought a few more. I know for next time which is in 3 weeks. perfect amount of sweetness and dryness. I kind of like it by itself too.
