This Cetaohil cleanser (purple lid/pump) was originally prescribed this for my husband’s terrible acne after ProActiv stopped working. That was over a decade ago and his acne stays gone. You have to be consistent to maintain a clear face. Hope someone sees this review and chooses to try it; It works!

highly recommended . My husband has oily skin on his. face and head (bald). it is so bad his glasses stay smudged. Bought him this product and no more oil. He uses it morning and night. This face wash leaves my skin feeling smooth and oil-free. It’s foaming which makes for easy application, and I like the lightness of it - especially in the shower. Overall, a good product to use for people with oily skin types.

every thing is fine, except the smell.

I have oily sensitive skin, and this gave me a instant burning sensation even after trying to wash it off with cold water. the Smell is horrible as well. im sill waiting for the burning sensation and smell to wear off.

This is the worst Cetaphil face wash I have ever purchased. It’s a foaming face wash that does not clean your face it’s like water there’s not even a light feel of cleanliness. I have oily skin and can say there’s on oily feeling after washing my face. It’s not a good face wash if you’re trying to remove makeup. This maybe good for someone that doesn’t wear makeup or isn’t oily at all. I will NOT purchase this again.
