They leave a lot of fat on the thighs. It takes a while to trim it off.

This meat had a slimy texture and a very bad smell. Again, store brand meats I will avoid because of multiple experiences. Same thing with pork chops i got previously.

Wont buy again

I'm not a huge chicken fan but let me tell you the ways.... I actually cook for my dogs so I use these for that. When I'm not being lazy I remove the skins. I can fry those up and they are delicious carnivore snack. Bone-in chicken makes me feel like I'm actually eating chicken instead of something grown in a lab. Fries up real nice, I can make a delicious chicken and dumplings with this because you need a little fat in your chicken and dumplings. If you have a problem with the fat cook it cool it scoop it off. But you're going to find your chicken and dumplings are much better cooked with chicken on the bone with the skin
