The salad is 90%. Broccoli stems! They should be ashamed to call it kale crunch salad! The stems were woody and hard with no kale to speak of. Cabbage ? Ha! I found several hearts and no leaves in this mix. This has been my favorite salad and I was always satisfied but you would cheapen the quality of the product up the price and mis label to fool people! to be greedy

I placed my order for this for pick up in store,and I thought it was going to be bundles of kale. After I got home I realized it was a salad kit. Not what I was expecting but I was not disappointed by the mix! It had cranberries and pepitas and a poppy seed dressing and was sooooo good! I would buy it again.

This salad kit has Kale, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage (red and normal), pepitas, cranberries, and has a sweet poppy seed dressing. I tend to use about 1/2 the dressing on the salad, since the whole packet just seems like too much. I took it to work for a potluck dish and it was quickly eaten.

NOTE: Yes, it's a salad kit with chopped Kale, cabbage, dressing, pepitas, cranberries and poppy seed dressing LOVE this kit; I could eat 2 a day though I prefer a different dressing. Terrific to take to work as is in a bowl, whip up in an instant and eat something more healthy than a burger. Also great to have with burgers or dogs as a different side. NOT a good value though; more often I buy the bagged coleslaw and dress it up with stuff I have on hand anyway. Add sunflower, sliced almonds, craisins, chow mein noodles or some other crispy snack, top with oriental or any dressing to get the same experience at a much lower price. Chop a few leaves of kale if you got it to add more nutrition. I'd buy a lot more of these kits if they were less expensive. (hint hint - Do the product reps read these reviews??)
