Notice a lot of reviews talk about this salad kit being tasty. And it is. But it’s also extremely unhealthy. It has 40 grams of sugar, the same as 4 Krispy Kreme donuts. It has the same calories as a Big Mac, and it has the same amount of carbs as one large bagel. You can eat this all day long, but don’t brag about being healthy when you’re eating junk food dressed as a healthy option. You could throw away the dressing and the seeds, but then you’re left with a bag of overpriced broccoli.

Date on bag said sell by 7/29. I threw it away on 7/27. Much of it was brown.

Best buy date already due tomorrow. Family size bag ordered and just one person using that amount so more than likely will have to be thrown out

This is my favorite packaged salad that I can only find at Sam’s Club. It has the right amount of sweet, crunchy and bitter.

I love this brand of sweet kale salad but it seems my Sam's no longer carries it. The sub isn't as good.
