I decided I wanted to saute the contents of the bag. Best decision of my life. I threw in a little bit of thinly sliced pork to start cooking in my wok seasoned with smoked chili powder. Next I added pineapple chunks, a dash of avocado oil, the seeds/cranberries from the kit to toast for a few minutes. Next I added the contents of the bag to saute for 3 to 4 minutes and then to finish it off. I added the poppy seed dressing and a few splashes of pineapple juice. ❤️ It tasted amazing! And can't beat the price for a healthy meal.

The item itself is great. Picked mine up from the Hoover, AL store order pickup just to try it. Liked it and ordered 6 more bags. Didn't pay attention to them until I got home. They looked old. The expiration date was 4 days after my pickup but they already looked expired... old. Thought I was getting a real bargain. Something for pickup on Wednesday expires on Saturday? I don't know of any bagged salads at any supermarket that expire that quickly.

I'm not sure what has happened to the supply of this mix, but for the past month or two I have not bought this mix because of the questionable appearance. Last week I picked up a bag that looked good, but two days after purchase and three days before expiration I opened the bag and it was spoiled.

It wasn't bad but wouldn't buy again. Strange combination of toppings.

Threw out most of the salad due to most of it being brown & rotting.

I wasn't a fan of the flavor/taste of this kale salad kit. Too tangy and sweet.
