This takes a lot of work out of preparing kale without too much bitterness; my husband needs the iron without the protein of meat so it is an option besides spinach. I even liked the poppyseed dressing, it was way more than we needed.

I love this salad. I have put a can of drained corn and a can of drained green beans. Everyone seems to in joy it. I have also made it with sliced white peaches 🍑 and kiwi and fresh pears 🍐

This is the best kale salad I’ve ever had. The poppyseed dressing is delicious and doesn’t seem to affect my blood sugar. The only negative thing is that the brussels sprouts slices are a little tough sometimes.

This is my favorite packaged salad. Love the variety of greens, and the poppyseed dressing with the nice mix of toppings really compliments the salad.

I love this salad but sometimes there are big pieces of something not edible and looks dirty. And I don’t like the big bags of dressing inside. I don’t use dressing. Otherwise great salad!

Tastes ideal, great. Not over powering; does not lack flavor. Is a meal replacer. Get the family size to get twice as much for like a dollar more (Aug. 2, 2025).

The dressing is what makes this salad tasty and different. Otherwise the salad components by themselves are not super fresh. The salad dressing is processed/a bit unhealthy

As must as I like the combination of salads, if you don't pick a fresh bag from the store or eat it that day. After a few days in the fridge it is a great waste of money. I would only buy it if I'm going to eat it that day.

Perfect amount for lunch and I also take a clean container with me to bring the remaining home for dinner. Two salads for less than about 50 a piece is really good value. Great flavor as well
