The consistency is somewhere between cookie dough and a soft baked cookie, but kind of not far enough in either direction. They’re also a bit dry for my taste. Flavor is fine, but nothing to write home about.

They are light a partly baked cookie dough bite (that i think would be amazing mixed in to vanilla ice cream!!). It comes with about 5 pieces inside each bag which is just enough. I shared them with my husband and he also liked them a lot. I have already bought more.

I expected it to just taste like cookie dough, but there is a noticeable butterscotch taste that is specific to blondies. The quality of this product really surprised me, and I don’t mean that as a slight. I enjoyed these a lot.
