Great shed. Tons of room, and very sturdy. Wasn't terribly hard to put together. Just follow the directions and take your time. I did it alone (with help from my 10 year old son for just a bit) in about 5 hours. Looks so much better than the traditional tan ones. Really love the look and shed. Looks very high end and nice in the backyard.

I bought the foundation kit and the 10' x 8' shed together. I found the instructions for both were difficult to follow. But when I looked on YouTube from other individuals who bought this shed. there were several good videos showing step by step how to assemble my shed. I found that the people on You Tube were correct about the screws used to attach the roof ( if not screwed in slowly ) they strip out the starter dimples. I contacted Lifetime about the situation. They told me they had oversized screws they could send me. I also found one of the skylights was broken. Lifetime replaced that as well. Those are really the only complaints I had with this shed. Overall I am very satisfied with this shed. I'm hoping it lasts as long as my old vinyl shed that got destroyed by a hailstorm ( 2 1/2” ).

I bought the shed 2 months ago. My wife and I set it up in 3 hours taking our time. Directions were clear and easy to understand with helpful times for common set up issues. Shed is a great size. I am able fit my lawn tractor, tow behind cart and all yard tools and then some in this shed. This freed up one side on my garage. Makes the Mrs. happy, always a good thing. My shed was missing 7 screws. Not a show stopper. I contacted LifeTime CS the rep was amazing, he was polite, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and seemed genuinely sorry that the screws were missing. Life time sent the screws and a few extra out quickly. The rep also recommended hooks that are made for the shed. Very impressed with the hooks. Easy install and really help organized space in the shed. Good products may by good people who believe and stand behind their products. I highly recomend Lifetime without reservation.

Had to ask countless people to help assemble over past year. Parts missing now n getting replacement parts have been extremely difficult n frustrating. Rep couldn't understand repeated reauest tried to charge over six hundred USD for screws then made excuses for taking over six weeks to mail. Worst service ever received. Will inform friends n colleagues not to deal with life time. Min the end I'm not sure he is sending all the parts. Wish I had not purchased this shed. Now she's won't be built until fall...just before winter.

Two years after purchasing this shed, the roof seal came apart causing water to go inside the shed. I contacted Lifetime via email and they responded within a few days to notify us of a new roof being shipped to us. After, explaining that we paid a professional to install it and I would need to hire someone, as a courtesy they sent me a free shelf. Great customer service that continues after your purchase.

Nice looking shed - could be easier to build. Two boxes the parts come in are heavy. Parts are well packaged and organized. Hardware is organized by step so its easier to find the hardware you need for each part. No parts were missing. Most of the steps are easy, but a few are quite difficult and could have been easier with design changes. The doors are totally not assembled so they take quite awhile for all the hardware and glass, etc. The most frustrating parts were: One, the door header. It doesn't really get locked in until the part of the roof is on, so the doors are flopping around and not really secure during this tough step. The door header also fits or doesn't fit delicately into the steel roof support channels. If everything is not lined up perfectly, the door header will not sit correctly. Same with the top gable panels on the two short ends. If each wall panel is not super tight, the top gable panels won't go on right. There should be a little more "play" in the parts to allow for some variation. The roof panels were a bit annoying to install, having to fit perfectly into the support channels. We finally worked through it. Lastly, the skylight was very hard to assemble - especially when you have to put the bent plastic skylight into the V middle support - the angle and getting the clear plastic jammed into all the little tabs was very frustrating. Overall now that it's done, it's a great looking shed with lots of room. We get a lot of compliments on it.

My husband and his two friends put this up in a day.
