[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased an 8 x 10 storage shed. Was missing a gable end cap. Called and explained the missing end cap. Was sent a new end cap. Great customer service.

It took us 4 days to set up the shed. The design is bad. We had to add 2 steel bars across the front gable to keep it from bowing in the heat. The instructions were hard to follow but using YouTube proved very helpful.

The shed is very sturdy and exceeds our expectations. It looks wonderful in our yard. Assembly was time consuming but not complicated. We found it best to start assembling the sections in house where it was cooler. Our only problem was with Sam's Club. We purchased from Sam's club as it was listed as being in stock. Several calls to Sam's did not produce any real answers as to why projected arrival would be nearly a month for an in stock item. Apparently the shed was not actually in stock as advertised, it had to be ordered from the manufacturer who controlled delivery. We looked over the ad several times and never saw anything that would indicate we would have to wait a month for arrival, if we had seen this we would have ordered from another site. Again, we really like the shed and highly recommend the Lifetime brand.

After two years of above average snow load, I would definitely recommend the snow load support add on, and I have to commend the company for their follow up and support with this issue.

I recently purchase this 10' x 8' storage shed. Assembling the shed was going as illustrated in the manual. However, after assembling the left door (it looks great!), I encounter a problem with the right door! While assembling the (right) door, I discovered the plexiglas panel for the (right) door was actually the same as the left door plexiglas panel! The only way for it to fit was to insert it with the matted side facing the exterior of the door. Totally different look than the left side door. The glass panel has a peel and remove film that once removed reveals a highly reflective glass like look. The back side of the Plexiglas panel is a matte white. The matted side theoretically is designed on this unit to face the interior of the shed. This wasn't the case with the second plexiglas panel.If installed the reflective side would face the interior. I quickly concluded that Lifetime had shipped me two left door plexiglas panels. The Lifetime tech guy, told me theoretically the panels will fit (yeah, if I wanted one door with reflective glass showing and the other with the matted side showing(not a good look). He did state that he would ship me another panel (2-3 business days) but it would be same panel). I again, insisted that I needed a right door plexiglas panel for the right side door! Would've given 5 stars, but

I'm very interested in buying model 60330, but I need to know the colors of the walls and roof/door. I'm in need of a gray shed. I've gotten conflicting answers of brown and slate gray. I'd like to hear from someone who has purchased model 60330 as to what color they think it is.

We bought this shed for a small outdoor storage space and thought it would work well for pool supplies due to it being plastic and seemingly durable; however, it is extremelly difficult to put together, and currently, is in my yard with half of a roof because the remaining the roof panel does not fit in the space and is off by at aleast 3 inches. The Entry Gable that is installed on the metal rods that the door hinges on, also does not fit in the space and is equally off by several inches. We have reviewed the owners manual and see no errors in putting it together. At this point, this shed is sitting on my lawn, on a level wooden base, half-way constructed with no way to finish because the pieces simply do not fit in the space they are supposed to. Would have been better off purchasing a wood shed.

We have bout numerous “plastic” shed together over the years. This was our first and last Lifetime. Without subpar images and provided measurements we wouldn't have been able to ID most parts not in labeled baggies. go with Rubbermaid! 3 stars for style only.
