Doesnt cool very well

Bought this ac yesterday and I have to say I'm very disappointed. Its loud for one. My 15000 sq ft ac was quieter then this. It also doesnt cool very well. If I didnt throw away the box I would be returning it.

Disappointed and Sweatin

Lasted 2 months and 2 days

Bought May 13th, 2023. It's July 15th, 2023. Blowing nothing but warm air now. Two months? Come on guys. We have a 5 month old in the house. Can we at least get an easy swap-out and not have to go a week or more without air in this summer heat?

Freon leak discovered on day 14

Purchased in-store. Box was in perfect condition, and there was no damage to unit during installation. Freon leak (bubbles and liquid running down the coils on outside of unit) was discovered on day 14 of operation.
