Gil1014, this tire as a replacement tire has a mileage warranty. We'd suggest returning to the selling retailer for an inspection of the tires. Ask the dealer to call us at 866-866-6605 while you are there. A mileage claim should be initiated.

There are several factors involved in tire wear such as type of vehicle, driving style, tire and vehicle maintenance, geographical location, etc. This original equipment tire does not have a mileage warranty. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss replacement tires and their mileage warranties.

Unhappy customer, we're sorry to read the mileage received was less than expected. 2017 vehicles and prior had a mileage warranty on them, however the warranty is for 6 year warranty from the date of purchase. One of our team members will be in touch to help with a solution.
