Very Disappointed with Tread Life

I have used Michelin tires exclusively on my 2004 Acura MDX. I replaced my set of Primacy MXV4 in Nov 2015 with a set of Premier LTX at around 210K miles. I now have 238K miles and the dealer says I need to replace the tires. I drive primarily in the city and commute to work on the interstate. The tires have been rotated regularly since installation. There are no unususl wear patterns on the tires, all are worn down evenly. I am very disappointed that I only got 28K miles on tires with a 60K mile warranty.

Not Happy, bad tred wear.

This came as OEM equipment on our new Lexus RX 350L. Our SUV now has 38,000kms on it and the tires are almost bald. The tred wear on these is terrible. Michelin has always been a very good tire provider, I am very disappointed in these tires. I hope someone from Michelin reaches out to us as we are very dissatisfied in this product.

Wears out very fast

I had these on a caravan which I no longer have but I still have the tires. They were quiet and grippy and were amazing in all the rain we get in North Vancouver BC. I thought they were the best tire I ever owned. However after only 5000km there is only 5mm of the original 8mm of tread left on all 4 tires so they are 35% worn out already. They will not last 15,000 km and are supposed to be a 100,000km tire.

Tires are terrible - wear out quickly.

We have a 2016 Lincoln and are now replacing the tires for a second time.... First time, replaced in 2017, with only 45,000 kms and 2/32 treads and now in 2020, those tires need to be replaced again.....this time, we got 50,000 kms. This is ridiculous and very costly. We will not use Michelin tires or buy a vehicle with these tires again.

Worn out tires already!!!

I have a 2010 Nissan Armada Platinum. Have gotten tires rotated when needed. This past inspection, the Nissan dealership has told me that I need 2 new front tires. My truck only has 21,000 miles on it. I hope these are still covered under warranty. If not, I won't be buying Michelin anymore.

Michelin Premier LTX for Porsche with lighter foot

This time I put "not approved" non N-spec tires on my Porsche 955. I would have shoed her with Michelin Latitudes if I was still driving it. I gave this Porsche to my daughter who is 17 and I'm trusting Michelin again to provide safe and reliable shoes for her. They drive smooth and stop great!

You get what you pay for

I cannot say enough about these tires. I have only had these on for a day and have seen such a difference in the ride, handling and overall performance of my vehicle that I had to write this review. I drive a 2012 Jeep Liberty which came with Goodyear tires. The road noise with the Goodyear's was very loud. The Michelins are so quiet; no noise in the vehicle or when the windows are down. The handling in wet weather conditions is awesome, no hydroplaning, quick stopping ability and overall a sense of safety that I did not feel with my old tires. Well worth the price! Get these tires. You wont be disappointed!!!

Terrible for cornering

Had these tires on my 2013 Santa Fe for a month, not only were they noisy but they were terrible for cornering. I live in the interior of British Columbia and the roads can be very windy with some very sharp hairpin corners. I always felt like I had to over correct so I wouldn't lose control of my vehicle. Changed to the Primacy and wow, what a difference!! Definitely glad I didn't keep the Premier tire!!

Horrible Tire and Horrible Company

These Tires came on my 2018 Equinox and after 1.5 years and 49000KM they need to be replaced. I called them and they informed me that since these are OEM tires there is no warranty but because they have had issues with them they will do a "goodwill claim". They offered me 25% off a new set of tires (this does not include installation). I expected more from a company like Michelin basically this is a buy 4 get one free deal which EVERY Tire shop in my area offers throughout the year. These tires should of lasted to at least 60K and they are rated for 100K. I will never be a Michelin Customer again and will be sharing this experience.

Perform well, tread life poor

The Premiere handle well on turns, brake well, and are great in the rain. However, they’re down to 4/32” at 25,000 miles. I can’t justify replacing with same unless you’re a sporty driver willing to change tires often. Bit disappointed here, as I’ve been a Michelin customer several times without issue before.
