Terrible Tread Life

Bought a Mazda with new LTX's on it, and they're done after 30k. I can't believe these lasted such a short life span. If I could give this a negative star I would.. Judging by the rated reviews there's a problem with these tires advertised wear vs actual wear. Was going to buy tires for the truck, I can tell you it won't be Michelin.

Great Tire

I was supersized to read a lot of the reviews giving Premier tires low ratings for poor mileage. I have 115,000 kms on my Premier's and they still handle beautifully. I drive back and forth between Calgary and Yuma four times a year through all types of road conditions and have never had any problems with handling or traction. I keep the tire pressure on my Mercedes GLK at the recommenced 35psi front and 42psi rear. These tires are far superior than the original Continentals the car came with when it comes to handling in rain and snow, Going to be ordering a new set from Costco before I leave for Yuma this fall.

Disappointed

After approximately 27,000 miles, I was told that two of my tires needed to be replaced for safety. These are rated for 60,000 miles. I had these tires rotated every 5,000 to 8,000 miles. These tires DO NOT meet the Michelin standard. I would never recommend purchasing these tires. Very disappointed!!!

Best tire I've ever run.

I drive 40,000 miles a year. Several family members & friends do as well. We all have run Michelin LTX M/S for at least the the last 10 years. No other tire has the wet traction or go 100,000 miles. We all get 100,000 miles per set so long as we rotate every 5,000. Worth every penny. By the way, the last time I traded a truck, I had recently put Michelin LTX M/S2 on the old truck, I had the dealer swap my Michelin's with 15,000 miles for the new tires, a testimony to my belief in Michelin. Great job Michelin!!! I do not work for Michelin, by the way, instead I own & operate 18 restaurants.

Premature wear!

Like most other reviews of this tire, ours need to be replaced at 20k miles! The operator suggested I go with Latitude HP's as a replacement, yet, I look at the reviews for those and they have the same issue - need replacement at 20k miles or less! What is going on MIchelin???

Far better than OEM for Audi Q%

Running these on a 2015 Audi Q5. They replaced a set of stock Continentals that were terrible. I got less than 40K miles out of the OEM tires. These are quieter and run much smoother. I have used them on snow and ice and they did a great job. I live in the Northwest so we get a fair amount of wet weather. These tires are great in the wet and are far better at eliminating hydroplaning than the OEM tires. Highly recommend these tires.

Just replaced Run Flats

I can't review the tread life or the snow use yet, but I can say the dry pavement and ride comfort are awesome. I replaced the run flats on my Mercedes GL350 with these..They are quiet as church, handle well on dry roads and the ride is like a cloud next to the run flats.. Do not hesitate to buy these

Wearing out in less than 30000km

70% wear in less than 30 000 km. Got warranty but had to get the same model of tire. Had to pay 30% of cost Plus installation. I thought installation should have been free. But got it done. Picked up my car with the new tires and found out the new tires have 0 warranty. A company like Michelin should stand behind their products. I bought the tires in the first place thinking Michelin was a good company that made high quality & would stand by their products.

2018 Acadia Low Miles

I agree with similar reviews. Michelin makes good tires but I personally would stay away from these ones. My 2018 Acadia Denali came with these and hit the dealer "red zone" in a very short time. Tires aren't cheap and this is obviously disappointing.

Balance Issues

I like the tire. I have not experienced any road noise issues in the 5000 miles I have put on them. My 2011 Durango R/T is a completely different animal in the winter now! I can actually turn a corner instead of slide though it. (the OEM Kumo tires were slippery buggers) Now that said, I have had the tires re-balanced three times since put on, by three different shops, and no one has been able to get the Vibration out of both the steering wheel, and my hind end driving anything over 60 MPH.
