Most frustrating purchase I have made! Directions are not helpful at all it's better to watch the YouTube video for assistance. Also after getting the product home and unboxing it found I was missing all of the hardware besides the roll cage bolts. Had to go to a hardware store and find the bolts I needed wasting most of my day trying to put this together. Product seems to run fine after getting it put together, but this company could be better at verifying all pieces are in the package before sending to retailers.

This is by far the worst go kart on the market. It's sad to say that the Chinese Karts and UTV's out there are MUCH better quality. It looks like it has suspension, but there is literally NO suspension travel resulting in the bumpiest ride ever. I got this for the kids for Christmas 2016 and out of the 8 months we have had it it has been inoperable most of the time. The engine had an internal failure in the head after a month. The rocker arms were not installed correctly resulting in them falling off the valve springs. Massive head damage. Replacement engine, $100 for a Predator 212. Tires wore out, surprise surprise they are special order from Coleman! Regular 145/70-6 tires won't fit the rims and good luck getting the old tires off, not even a tire machine could get them. So you're looking at over $100 each to order new tires and rims. While figuring out the tire situation the left steering knuckle broke off, another special order product. Will not ever have a Coleman Powersports product ever again, they are cheap junk that no one should own. As a side note, I am an experienced mechanic, and would not recommend this to anyone.

My 9 year old son loves this go kart and after teaching him how, can start it himself. You can control how fast it goes also. So if you want them to get use to driving it before they go faster you can. (Of course, my husband, who is mechanically inclined does that stuff). He did say check the nuts and bolts to make sure they are tight. Overall worth it!
