We bought this only 2 weeks ago...I cranked it and it took off on its on with no one on this thing..to anyone who is considering buying one think again...my two grandchildren was outside and could have been seriously hurt...it kept going until it ran into my carport and hit my car causing a lot of damage to my car and the Go Kart....spoke with Coleman yesterday and was suppose to call me back but I haven't heard back...Not done yet!

I got mine at a walmart near me so I knew I was going to need to put it together. Not sure what the problems are out there. If you've ever held a wrench in your hand its pretty easy and comes with instructions. The boys love it and take turns fighting over who gets to drive it. I guess I shoulda bought two.

I have owned this kart for about 1 year and it has been running ok. whoever engineered the kart was not thinking of routine maintenance - gas is under the basket (agree with previous report) which makes it difficult to put gas. Oil stick and refill site is behind seat so you have to loosen seat to check oil. the chain is now falling off and will need repair. states 16 and older but unless small, they will be cramped in tight space. i would certainly like my money back. this will be in my top 5 worst buys ever.

We ordered two of these for our grandchildren. First off, I did not realize we had to put these together. Back tires went on with no problems. Steering wheel went on with now problems. The seat..BIG PROBLEM. The holes did not line up with the slots to insert the screws. Called Coleman support. At first she says, not anything they can do, but I pressed her and said, "you are SUPPORT", and you are not providing support. She said "we don't have the product here to look at". I pressed her enough to get to someone else. Had to send the next guy I talked to pictures. The guy says " it looks good, just insert the screw". Well, if I could insert the screw, I would not be calling. He then says, "I can take it to a authorized dealer and have them put it together, AT MY COST. Umm...no thank you. Going to try to get two more, hopefully, the next will be made right. Another note. These things are heavy. The delivery people they chose to bring them were ill prepared. The guy comes in a big box truck and had absolutely no way to get them off, no lift gate. By mere chance, my husband and a friend were here to help push it off into the back of our truck. Pathetic. When we opened the boxes, it was evident, things had been stacked on top of them, as the paint was rubbed off the top of the motor. Maybe they will get it right the second time, if not, they will go back.

Ditto what the other Tere said, are they coming back for the 2021 christmas season???

came in sooner than expected good shape did not take long to put together easy start and runs great faster than expected

We love it. Our 5'5” 12 year old drives our 4' 5 year old everyday. It's not too big and not too small. We have the seat set back fully.

My Grandson loves the Go Kart. Bought assembled. It was ready for him to ride after adding gas and oil.

First day out, grandchildren ages 7-13 ran the cart hard. Ran very well and they loved it. Two carts kept them very entertained the entire afternoon.

We have only had it about a week but my 8yr old loves it, him and my 6 ur old can reach the pedals good. Would definitely recommend.
