My mattress didn't smell and expanded as advertised. Oh and it's firmness was perfect for me. 6' and 240lbs. My sleep app showed 1st nite and every nite since slept on my quality and length of sleep has noticeably improved.

Very comfortable!

I'm about 160lbs and have owned around a dozen bed in box type mattresses. After it had expanded, I sat on it and was surprised when I hit the wooden support slats. No exaggeration, the mattress compressed down to nearly nothing. This is for my 8 year old so hopefully I don't need to drag it back to Sams. Since it is described as medium firm, I gave it a low rating. If you are lighter and looking for a very soft mattress, this may be just the thing.

I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.

I loved this mattress for about 60 days BUT at about 2 months of owning this, the foam inside started to yellow and come through the fabric casing-which is not washable. It looked awful. Thankfully Sams has a 90 day return policy BUT you cannot take it back to them so you are stuck paying $100 to have it hauled away so you don’t really get a full refund. If you don’t care how it looks, but it and get good sleep. If you do, choose something different.

Worst mattress I've ever had. Feel like I'm going to fall out of bed every night. If Sam's club didn't screw up my order the first time I have a great mattress. But they didn't render that situation the right way. So I got stuck with this one. It was horrible online customer service. When you're in a house fire all you want to do is sleep in a bed after 2 months of not having one. I waited for the one I ordered only for to be the wrong size sent. And then waited another two weeks for it to be refunded. And had to buy this one in a pinch. And it's awful completely awful. It's uncomfortable, I feel like I'm going to roll out of it and I feel sweaty and smelly from the mattress when I get up.

Note that this mattress will come in a box compressed and will pop open to a queen mattress which is impossible to return. It was way too soft for me and hurt my already poor back but has been a nightmare to return and I have found a return impossible.

Adequate for guest room. Too soft for me—I do like firm mattresses though. Convenient in the box. Shopping experience was awful though. Well—cashier was—rude!! And very strange—there was a music speaker on the floor that I almost tripped over. Playing loud music. I lowered the music and the cashier got aggressive about that. Just a strange experience.
