Great mattress

Twin size mattress is very comfortable, easy to set up.

Solid bed that is more comfortable that a fair few hotel beds that I have stayed in.

Brought Queen size this 3 weeks ago, mattress is still only 10" not what is says 12" in final size when it expands.  Too soft even though the box and Website says Medium . the person next to you can make you role towards them :D 
I bought 2 other mattress before, i bought King and Twin was not this soft , it was medium as it was stated. liked it so i bought this , could be  diffective from manufacturing!  not sure. this may go back to store.

Bought Medium, but too soft and not 12"

I purchased this mattress for my office / guest room. I got the firm twin size. The process of unpacking was super easy and literally the foam mattress filled up very quickly and have had no issues with it. I am super excited for my upcoming guest to come and stay.

it is not 12 inch, like they said, it is about 10 inch. It is lumpy and not  comfortable at all.

Do not buy a matters that come in box

Hired someone to transport since it was too heavy for me. Unboxed it and once it uncurled, it had a chunk of foam missing under the cover. I contacted Sam's to see if they could arrange to pick it up to return to the store so I could order replacement online. They would have picked it up if it was ordered online but refused to do that since it was bought. It is too large to fit in my car and far too heavy for me to handle. I'm very disappointed in the mattress and Sam's for not making this right.

Defective & Sam's won't help

Very comfy. Slightly soft but as I age I find I need a soft mattress to reduce back pain due to DJD. my adult kids also find it comfortable too. We've purchased 3 in the past few years, so we are starting a mattress collection. Lol
