Bought this at the end of may and here we are in July. Still has the chemical odor smell. In order to take it back, you have to have the box and be able to get the expanded mattress to the store. A bit ridiculous! Waste of 400 bucks. And this is the second bed from there that stinks. We bought a king bed the month before. So much for using membership perks to get a quality bed. Very disappointing considering the promises of satisfaction! Not satisfied. Not happy. Not renewing my membership.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of free shipping for Plus members. It is unacceptable that despite paying for a Plus membership, this basic benefit is not provided. What exactly is the purpose of the Plus membership if it does not include essential perks like free shipping?

Ultimate comfort from a mattress that is delivered rolled up. I’ve purchased others, brand names, and nothing compares to this mattress. Priced right at about $200- for the twin size, I needed a mattress that would be on a platform without a box spring. This is the one, at 12 inches thick it has great comfort and support. You need to open it and let it air out from the factory smell, which only lasts about a day, also giving it time to fully expand. Great purchase, great quality, pleasant dreams!

Wasn’t sure what type of a bed I wanted after sleeping on a waterbed for over 30 years. This bed met all my expectations and I’m glad I made the purchase. I ordered the king size and it does take two people to unroll it due to its size. I waited 48 hours as suggested and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. It’s a beautiful, cooling and comfortable bed to sleep on. So happy I made this purchase.

First time as an adult buying a mattress, so not ganna lie i had no idea what to look for, but after some research about different types and brands this was a good match. Its a little more firm then i would have liked, but its not uncomfortable at all. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

I have had this mattress for a month and so far I really like it. It had a slight odor upon opening but I left the fan on as it fluffed up and the smell went away fairly quickly. It was not bothersome at all. I was used to a very firm mattress so this one was an adjustment but I actually like this one much better than any others I have tried. It is soft enough on top and firm enough underneath for good support. I have been sleeping better on this mattress than others I have tried or bought in the past. It is very reasonably priced and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend.

My husband and I have been using this mattress for the last 3 months. Compared to our old mattress, I love it! It’s great for relaxing and so nice to sit up and read/watch tv without getting uncomfortable. I do like sleeping on it, but I’d prefer it to be much more firmer. I was not sold on memory foam for this reason. My biggest complaint is that it says it has a cooling feature. We have a mattress cover on top, so not sure if that takes away from the coolness? My biggest issue is that we both wake up extremely hot. We like to sleep with the AC turned down, so if we forget to do that, we will wake up HOT and sweaty. Overall it’s a great mattress, but not sure if I’d purchase for myself again.

This mattress is more comfortable than our temperpedic mattress that cost more than twice as much. I admit I was skeptical at first but the first time I laid down on it I was in heaven. We also purchased the adjustable frame and without a doubt they are a winning combination.

When we were looking at the matress selection at Sam's we couldn't find Soft type mattresses in store that would work with adjustable bed frame. We ended up on going with this medium firm Members Mark Hotel series and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted being that it's in a box and you can't try it out in store it actually was softer then what we pictured and for a side sleeper you feel nestled into the matress rather than on top and using pillows to get support its so nice what a difference it makes to sleep better.

First new mattress in 20 years. Would give five stars but I have no reference for what a five star mattress would be. But I love this one. I would buy again. We mattress shopped locally first and decided to order this, due to the way better price and figured we would have to give up some quality. This mattress feels as nice as the $950 one at the store. We’ve slept very soundly without disturbing each other when one of us rolls over in our sleep. Very happy so far!
