I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.

Had this mattress now for about 3days. It’s exactly what it states itself to be as a “hotel premier” mattress. Now let me explain. Have you ever been to a hotel and the beds are really soft, whether through years of use or the type of mattress it is? Well this is exactly that. Can I get into bed and knock out? Yessir! However in my case, I wake up with super back pains. I typically sleep on a firm bed due to the back pain I have from an old injury. Don’t believe the line of “medium firm” it’s more like “cloud soft” so keep that in mind. My review is neutral due to me being able to just fall asleep instantly which is something I don’t normally do. If you want the fluff this is for you, if you want something rock hard then don’t count on this to be it.

I love how it feel and I am able to sleep so well to the point I don't want to get out of bed. my body does not get any aches or pain laying on it and this mattress actual helps with me not sweating at night like I have done with other mattresses in the past. All in all it was a great investment for the price it was and my body/my sleep is all the better for it.

Husband and I love this mattress. Let it completely fill before judging. It is a plush feel on top with a medium firm feel lower layer. No sinking in. We are both hard to please with mattresses and love this one. I am a side sleeper and hubby is a combo sleeper. Just works in all positions. Very comfortable! Way to go Sam's!

Supposed to be medium firm, but there is NOTHING firm about it! Sit on side and sink all the way down. At least 2 inches wider than normal king. Yes, we let it setup before use, but it only rose to 10 inches. Box said 12! Should be labeled extra squishy! I want my old mattress back! Totally disappointed with this purchase! Btw won't allow me to give zero stars!

This mattress claims to be medium/firm. 100% not the case. I should have read the reviews because it is way too soft. To make a long story short, this is the worst mattress I have ever bought. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and purchase this bag of feathers.

I was a little bit on the skeptical side that this was going to be a 12 inch mattress when it came in. But after we got it out of the box and set up it lives up to its brand and description 100%. This was a new bed for our son's room (twin ultra plush) and he loves it. Sleeps so much better than he did on the old spring mattress. I would definitely recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable and easy to set up once it's out of the box it will take shape in 5 to 10 minutes. I love how easy it was to handle compared to a box mattress, like night and day. I do suggest getting a mattress cover or pad for it if you are buying for younger children since it is foam on top and will soak up everything.

We bought two of the XL Twin Firm mattresses. Before this purchase we had a sleep number bed. After20 years I still tossed and turned all night. With these new mattresses I placed a 1inch memory foam topper on them. I no longer toss and turn at night. So very comfortable on these mattresses. They came rolled and vacuum sealed in individual boxes. Never would have thought they would be this amazing. So glad we got them. Don't miss the sleep number at at.

I have had this mattress for a week. I bought a queen size for a guest room. My guest only slept on it for three days and it is already showing signs of wear. The top is wrinkled and crumpled up. Also, it never fully decompressed. One end of the mattress is still "squished". The name states it is a "medium firm" but it is not. It is very soft and you sink into it when you lay, or sit on it. I previously bought a queen size Sealy mattress in a box from Sams and I have been very pleased with it. I have slept on it every night for about three years and I love it. I would have bought another one this time, but my local Sams club was out of them, so I bought this one instead. A lot of the reviews said it was just as good but it is not. I am sadly disappointed and will attempt to get my money back.

I had a 5k high end name brand mattress I’d been sleeping on for years and then for the last few months I found I could not get comfortable on it no matter how I turned. I had slept on a full size of this mattress while recuperating from hip surgery and had found it extremely comfortable! So I decided to replace my expensive mattress for this one. Extremely smart decision! It is so comfortable! I do not have to constantly reposition.
