Not very medium - feels more like a plush or soft than a medium. Luckily my son doesn’t mind it, so we will keep it as it is a pain to return.

The mattress is medium, not too firm and not too soft. Bought for husband with neck and back problems.

Love this bed. My mother has a iQ beautyrest and this bed is just like sleeping on her almost $2000 mattress!!!

Mattress was packaged well and looked great, however this 'medium' is much more like a soft in my opinion.

We bought a new mattress for our son. He raves about how great the mattress is. We compared mattresses and prices with other businesses and Sams turned out to be the best for us.

Just enough softness without being to firm… only complaint is that has a slight loose, wrinkle that didn’t fill out completely but doesn’t effect comfort…. To heavy and a little difficult( once out of box ) to exchange
