Much softer than advertised but we wanted soft, so all good. Not medium or firm. No problems otherwise.

Mattress is too soft, I feel like I’m sinking in. No support whatsoever and I wake up with a sore neck and back everyday.

This bed is really soft and squishy. It is great if you like memory foam. We learned we prefer a firmer mattress and don't love a memory foam mattress. Sadly we returned this bed.
