[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free product of Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress from tryitsampling and it's really nice. It came in a box and all you need to do is unfold it and let it expand. It make take a few hours to raise the total 12 inch. I love memory foam mattresses and I was happy to see this one is a plush mattress. What is means medium. Not firm, no soft. Right in between what it's perfect. This one also has a gel memory in the top for cooling what it's very nice. The quilt look is beautiful. You also need a platform or a box spring for this matress. I cannot give an opinion on how long this matress will last, but it has a 10 year warranty and in comparison with my king bed that is a plush memory foam as well it's matching high standards. Memory foam mattress are the best investment and this brand its has a good price. Thanks to this opportunity, I got to improve our guest room from full size to Queen and with an awesome matress. I can't be happier.

When I got this mattress I was skeptical because of how it will make me sleep at night. I love it because it is so comfortable and it allows me to stay cool at night.

This mattress is great though, soft but supportive. Love that it's not too deep, I can actually use all my sheets. Really recommend this mattress.

I removed it and allowed it to sit in my office for the full 48 hours it recommended. There is a slight odor when you initially take it out. I only get a hint of it now but can tell it is going away. The covering on this mattress is soft and cool to the touch. The mattress itself is super comfortable with the right amount of support. My boyfriend is normally a tosser at night. He didn't move. I am a very hot sleeper, with my pillow and mattress feeling like steam is coming up from it when I get up. I remained cool and under my covers the whole night. I am very pleased with this mattress and would highly recommend it.

I’ve always needed a mattress topper before but I didn’t need anything for this mattress. It felt so comfortable and I actually slept very well without waking up with back pain. My regular queen size sheets fit the mattress without falling off as well. The mattress holds it shape and is firm but yet comfortable enough at the same time. It is exactly what I needed after my back surgery.

It is extremely comfortable, not overly fluffy or overly flat, but the perfect amount of firmness. Our sleep has notoriously improved a lot better and every morning we wake up fully rested and energized.

I bought it to replace my very comfortable conventional mattress that I have had for almost 10 years. I wasn't sure that this one would be as comfortable but I was pleasantly surprised. This is my first experience with this type of mattress so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is very soft and comfortable, but also firm enough to provide a great night of sleep without tossing and turning. It has nice support for my lower back which has reduced the normal morning pains that I have had in the past. This is a great product and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I love the memory foam it definitely turned my restless nights into sleeping through the night. I love that it has like a cooling gel so I can stay cool while sleeping. When I received the mattress it was rolled up and I was like there is no way this thing is going to be comfortable. As I laid it out onto my box spring and it unfolded it bounced right up and rose in the air and created this big beautiful mattress. I was completely surprised that this box had such a big item inside. I was skeptical to think, there is no way I'm gonna feel comfortable on an item like this. Well let me tell you I laid down on that bed and WOW, I really didn't want to get up. This mattress was so comfortable honestly like the best mattress I have ever owned. That night was the best sleep I have had in a really long time. I absolutely love my new bed and I love how easy it is now to fall asleep. Its a very soft mattress inside and out.
