Better price! Chlorine has gotten so expensive. There is no real reason for that now the plants are up and running. Sam's club needs to sell it at 79.99 regular price.

I have been using this product for years, it keeps my pool's balanced and clean with less maintenance. However, what I'm only disappointed is the cost which doubled in the past three years, the inflation made me sick !!! Hope the price is brought down soon.

This is Barnie. He holds our chlorine tablets and floats around to keep our pool clean. Currently Barnie is very hungry. As you can see he is floating. He will be fed 3 chlorine tablets today. All joking aside, we like buying the large bucket. It lasts, and is very convenient. The Sam's club brand works just as well as the name brand

Chlorine Shortage - bought one 40 pound container of tablets online last week. Free shipping and chlorine arrived early. And, then went to local Sam’s Club to purchase two additional 40 pound containers this week. Sam’s Club 40 pounds is at a phenomenal price when other merchants / pool supply companies are charging twice as much (or more!) for the same product.

Since purchasing our pool, I have been purchasing the 1 pound packs of shock from an online retailer. I’ve been putting one or two of those in each time that I treat the pool. This year, I was not able to get that delivered so I purchased this product from Sam’s Club. I was amazed to find out that just 4 ounces covers a 10,000 gallon pool. That means this product is much cheaper than the 1 pound bags I was purchasing because of its concentration. The pool has been very clear since I began using this. I am so thankful for shortages and inconveniences.

No complaints about how these tablets perform—my pool stays clear, and the price is solid. But the last couple of buckets have been a whole different experience. So many broken tablets, and every time I open one of those individually wrapped “gifts,” I get a face full of chlorine powder. I’ve literally had to start wearing a mask just to open them. Not exactly what I expected from a bucket of pool supplies. Still worth it for the results, but seriously… can we get less of the airborne drama?

These have more than doubled in price. I realize the supply shortage and demand during the pandemic raised the price but the supply should be stable now and I feel it is greed either on the manufacturer or retailer or both that keeps the price so high. That’s the main reason for the inflation of many products. Just because they can!! The product is fine but the COST is NOT!

Last purchase was 50lb. Container now 40 lb, yet price about the same.

Another excellent example of Sam's Club pricing that diminishes the cost of membership. Price is exactly the same at other pool supply outlets. Most pool company technicians do not like the individually wrapped tablets so I had to return for a refund.

Great product, but way too expensive. Used to be $90 and now it’s $200. I heard there was a major chlorine tab supplier that burned down, but that was a few years ago, so don’t understand why the price has not come down
