They're also low in calories, so they won't affect your diet too much. These mints are also not too strong or overpowering, so they are a good choice for people who don't like really strong mints.

Breath Savers are a life saver! I love these mints so much. I used to buy Altoids, but I made the switch permanently after trying these. The flavor is amazing, the only issue is that they're a little difficult to take out of the wrapping paper. Other than that, they're perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally I can't stand spearmint flavor but even considering that these breathsavers are a nice option. I like the classic roll packaging has it ends up with very little waste compared to some of the other tins and plastic containers on the market. You can stick these in a little pocket somewhere and not have to worry about a huge piece of plastic rattling around in your purse. Breath savers have been around for a long time with good reason: they're easy to eat, easy to enjoy, and actually freshen your breath. I like the peppermint ones way better but again that's a personal preference and spearmint is a great option as well.

The flavor is wonderful and it works so well and freshening your breath after a meal. The wintergreen breath saver has been my go to for years and I try to always keep a roll in my purse.
