Purchased tires in November, I've driven during heavy rain fall and the tire traction is excellent compared to previous Michelin tires I've owned. Excellent handling/traction on dry roads as well. Love the tire design and the look of the tires. Most of all, I feel safe with the handling and traction of the CrossClimate2 tires.

I got these as there was an unusually huge amount of rain here in CA for a few weeks and I was hydroplaning with my old tires. After installing them, I got two days in where I got to test their wet traction on the highway and my traction control never engaged (as I get an alert when it does) whereas my old tires could not go above 55mph without traction control engaging at least once. I still need to test their ice and snow traction, but overall I think they are capable of the All Weather advertising Michelin stated. Also, the tires look VERY aesthetically pleasing for a tire, as the aggressive tread looks pretty appealing and sleek. Also noticed that my mpg seemed a little better than my old tires, but not sure if that's just due to my old tires being more worn or the design of the Michelin tires.

Bought these as a summer tire 2 years ago because of the ability to deal with heavy water on the road. But they are also quiet and handle well enough for what they are on , 2018 Tiguan. The wear is reasonable so far. .The all-season designation allows travel in fringe periods until I install the snows. However... If these are installed backwards they would become dangerous in rain or snow, forcing everything to the centre of the tire. I can understand those who say they are unstable , maybe noisy, ...perhaps running backwards.

I purchased these tires to replace the original tires on a new VW ID4. Though I did not have, or use the original tires more than a few hundred km, I did not notice any major difference in noise or handling with the new Crossclimate2 tires. Though I was not able to compare EV range between the original equipment tires and the Crossclimate tires, both being new, I don't think there is much if any. I find these tires to be an excellent compromise between traction and durability vs rolling resistance (ie EV range) for where we live in the BC lower Mainland.

1 month ago, I installed a set of 4 on my 2019 Toyota Highlander. Even just pulling out of the tire lot, I could tell instantly that the ride was incredible. Made a trip from Cincinnati to Myrtle Beach the next day. Highway speeds only reaffirmed that these tires felt like riding on a pillow top mattress! The most comfortable, BEST tires I've ever had, and I've tried ALL high end tires over the years. We did hit the rain storms at highway speeds and these tires did not disappoint! The wet traction was amazing with zero hydroplaning. Of course I drove responsibly in heavy rain but these tires sliced right through heavy highway puddles with ease, with no loss of traction. Vehicle stopping distance has also somehow improved as these tires seem to really stop easier at normal braking. Also at emergency braking... just this week another driver pulled right out in front of me around a curve where I was going about 45mph. I braked hard.. no, I mean hard, like where everything on every seat flies into the floor and your family's faces flash before your eyes. The ABS of course activated, and these tires stopped on a dime! Thank God for Michelin. I've already bought a second set for one of my other vehicles. Thank you Michelin, for making THE best tires I've ever driven on.

I am a person that has been told I am OCD over my tires, and I telll my mechanic I am picky when it comes to tires. Having said that, I have put on about 20,000 miles on my CrossClimate 2's that I made my mechanic go and find and I would buy these again in a heartbeat. Even as they age, the traction and confidence in wet are remarkable almost as if there is no rain or snow below you. Stopping distance is terrific with these tires and they ride like a dream! The only cons that I've found are a 3-5% reduction in mpg (I have an HEV) and one tire continuously looses about 5psi 2-6 weeks.

I bought these about a month ago after experiencing hydroplaning on the highway on the original tires. As luck would have I experienced a similar rainstorm after having the new tires mounted. They seemed to preform much better. Of course the old tires were worn. The CrossClimate 2s were much quieter than expected given the aggressive tread pattern. The true test will come once snow is on the ground. I'm a skier and looking for better winter traction without the need to swap tires out twice a year.

Our new vehicle came with Toyo A36 OEM tires. However having the vehicle delivered in December, we switched tires and rims for Michelin X-Ice Snow SUV tires. During that winter I read various unfavourable reviews of the Toyo A36 tires. I also read very favourable reviews of the Michelin CrossClimate2 four season tires. When it came time to change out our winter tires for all season tires, we had the brand new Toyo's removed from the aluminum rims and had the CrossClimate2 tires installed. The CrossClimate2 tires have a very aggressive tread. I jokingly call them 'tractor tires'. However these ride extremely well, quiet and comfortable, eliminating most road imperfections. These are great in rain and slippery road conditions, hugging the pavement. Alternatively these are excellent on gravel roads and offer a very controlled ride. These are proving to be a formidible tire for spring, summer and autumn driving.

I bought this tire in December after the first Michigan snow and couldn't be happier with it. Great slush an snow traction. And surprisingly smooth and quiet. Handling is good. Fortunately haven't had to stress test stopping. Mileage not noticeably impacted, but the it is winter. Would definitely recommend.

I was a bit skeptical due to reviews claiming drastically reduced mpg. I have not found that at all. Seems virtually identical compared to the OEM Cont. Cross Contacts on my '19 Acura MDX. Overall 23-24mpg in Montana. Keep in mind lots of mountains and 75-85 mph. I've had tires on MDX's with slightly better dry performance, but not a deal breaker. The CrossClimate2 seems to be a super 3 peak tire for all seasons.
