All four tires had sidewall separation prior to reaching 60,000 miles. They were only two and a half years old. I had at least another years worth of tread left. The traction they offered was great, I never got stuck in the snow after getting these tires. Originally these tires were so good, I recommended them to family and friends. Four of them bought the tires. I am no longer recommending these tires. I received zero support from michelin, I was told it is probably ozone damage....2 1/2 year old tire.

I just had my second set of 4 tires installed today! The first set were very nice and cut the snow very aggressively! I looked at competitors options but one didn't make tires for a Toyota Sienna the other compared to the crossclimate2 just didn't match the tread pattern. Living in Buffalo NY, having a tire that handles all weather conditions is very beneficial. For years we switched tires over which was very inconvenient and expensive. You won't be disappointed... At least we weren't!

I bought these tires 7 years ago for the first time. I have since put them on every vehicle I own as well as tell everyone I know to get them. The are smooth riding, long lasting, all around amazing tire. I will continue to put them on every vehicle I drive. Sometimes people have bad experiences but I can tell you more than likely it's not the tires fault. I've read through some reviews and seems like installer was the problem or people hit something and blame the tire. Driven 106,000 miles

I live on Vancouver Island were we only saw about 4 dumps of wet snow this year but heavy rains monthly. I was very impressed with the handling in both. The car has never hydro planed and the traction is superb in the snow. One morning I drove down a very steep hill that had not been sanded and covered in ice and snow to a friends place on the ocean. I then had to return up his steep driveway covered in a foot of snow, stop and await his gate to open. I then was able to start up without the tires loosing traction. I then drove up this same icy snow covered hill with no slippage. The tires are very quite and the only negative I have found is that my fuel economy is down slightly from my previous tires, a small price to pay considering my peace of mind I get from this purchase. I strongly recommend these tires.

I bought four CrossClimate2 replacement tires this year for my daughter’s 2015 Beetle. She’s a daily driver on the busy 401 Toronto highway to and from work. Their all weather capabilities and reliability were already proven over the past couple of years on my 2013 Volvo XC90. This vehicle is now on its third set of Michelin tires.

This was the first time we replaced the tires since we bought the vehicle. In the past, the car drove well enough, but with these new Michelin Crossclimate2s the car feels like it is floating down the freeway. It is just so smooth! Plus these tires grip the road really well whether the asphalt is dry or wet. We also get loads of compliments on how nice these tires look! (No one has ever complimented our tires before!) We are truly delighted with these phenomenal tires. They are the best we have ever had.

I bought these last fall to get me through the winter. I drive 90 miles round trip to and from work and you can never be sure what the weather is going to do. As far as winter traction they are amazing. The ride is smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend this tire unless you are looking for good fuel economy. I have lost almost 8 mpg since installing these. The roll resistance must be pretty high to drop my fuel mileage by that much. Very disappointing considering the cost and the fact they are Michelins. But if you want great traction, ride comfort, and a quiet ride, look no further...

I purchased these Cross Climate 2's for my wife's 2013 Ford Edge in 2021. We have always been Michelin fans but these are noisy. Yesterday she replaced her Michelin snow tires with these and I went with her on a long drive to the eye doctor and I could not believe how noisy these were. She had told me last year they were noisy but I didn't pay attention but I sure am now. I read reviews where clients said they were quiet, so I was very surprised today and yes, I apologized for not listening to her. She wants rid of them so we will be looking at another quieter set (They will be Michelin).

I have had these Cross Climate 2 tires since March now. I LOVE THESE TIRES!!! I usually write reviews, but these tires deserve one! I have now had experience in multiple seasons driving on them and I am extremely impressed! We have our first snow here in southern Oregon, only 2-3", and I do not feet the need to rush to get my snow tires put on (I will do that soon because we'll get more snow) but these tires are safe and comfortable for now to allow me time to schedule the swap. I should say up front that I have personally driven well over a half a million miles on multiple sets of Michelin pick-up truck and auto tires over the past thirty years, and have been very impressed with the ride, performance, and durability of every set. Much of those miles were on interstate highways, with lots of surface street travel. So when I bought a set of four Cross Climate II's three months ago I was very interested in the Cross Climate II tread design and a bit excited to see how it would perform. Well lets just say I was not disappointed. The first week was dry highway and surface roads, the tires felt great! as have all my previous sets of Michelin tires have. I did get a chance early on to checkout the side wall stability at high speed when I had to dodge some significant road debris (a semi truck leaf spring) at highway speed (75mph). The Cross Climate II's responded with true stability and easily passed the high speed road debris dodge test with flying colors. On the third week I was able to check them out in a major down pour, I drove into a rain storm doing 75 mph. I initially cut my speed back to 60 mph to get a feel of tires meeting the very wet road surface, and they felt great. So with no traffic around I tilted the wheel back and fourth slightly to feel the tread stability while driving on water, and they felt glued to the road, so I being a bit of risk taker I took the speed back up to 75mph and the performance was the same; excellent! So that brings me to today my first drive of the year through three or four inches of icy wet heavy snow, tracking was very good through lane changing. The Cross Climate II's handled the snow and slush with no problem. The Cross Climate II Michelin tires deserve five stars and two thumbs up in my book! In closing this review I tell a little story about some advise I overheard when I was younger working American. I overheard a older work colleague say there was two purchases where quality was imperative and he would never go cheap on; shoes and mattresses, because if not in one your in the other. So when I started driving and purchasing tires I added tires to his adage, so there are three things where quality was imperative and I would never go cheap on; shoes, mattresses and tires, because if not in / on one your in / on the other.
