Had missing parts two weeks later still have not received the parts

I purchased the trampoline April 18, 2019 and one set of the legs are smashed like an accordion. I believe the design of the legs could have been thought out more.

Worth every penny. Really big. Sturdy. Wasn’t hard to put together. Grandkids loved it. Big hit for grandparents for when kids come over to visit. Very pleased.

Great trampoline! Very quality made compared to other similar trampolines from the same price range. Pro tip: follow the assembly instruction precisely, otherwise you would need to come back and restart the step.

This is a very high quality trampoline! The instructions were pretty easy to follow and we were not missing any parts, despite the box coming slightly broken. I feel like this will last a lot longer than our last one! Colors look great, too!

Easy setup, kids loved jumping on right away. Had some difficulty with the weaving to attach netting, it just needed to be more clear on number of pieces tied together and where is best. Would like anchors for storms or alternative ways to brace or anchor outside.

As other reviewers said, be ready to spend several hours on installation. I’ve put together other trampolines that were much quicker to assemble. However, this final product is sturdy and seemingly safer. It was worth the time of labor. My kids (ages 5, 3, and 1) and I love it. We spend a lot of quality family time in there!
