Net Poles are very weak and will bend/break easily

We have had the trampoline for 2 years. Little kids (6 and younger) jump on it only so we cannot comment on the durability of the entire trampoline itself, however, we can attest to the durability of the poles that hold the net. The poles that hold the net up are not very strong and after two wind storms we had several completely bent over. We anchored the trampoline down with tent stakes and cords around the main frame (don't tie the same around the legs, as they are not strong enough to withstand the strength of a wind storm). So if you are going to buy this, at least be constantly aware of the weather and the wind therewith and if you are going to have a windy day then take the screw out of the top cap on each pole and drop the net down on to the trampoline (you may want to tie a rope around the top of the net where the metal ring is and tie the other end on to a spring attachment to reinforce the net). Unfortunately, I learned this lesson a little too late. I tried to replace a couple of the poles, but they want $40 for each one! The trampoline only cost $269, so 6 poles would cost almost as much; but of course they know that, so hey, why not make extra money in replacing their weak poles.

Worst customer service!

Bought this trampoline and overall it's not horrible. It gets a 1 star for horrible customer service. Have contacted them over and over with calls and emails and they simply won't respond. I need to get a new pipe for the net and it seems like it's a common issue after reading the other reviews.
