Great price but a pain to put together. To many parts. Took me about 5 hours to put together. Will be a pain to Take apart for winter storage.

When we first got it, it didn’t come with the electron game but put it up anyway then it broke in the first few weeks we had it

Terrible engineering. As you put one thing together, something else comes apart. Nothing lines up as you are building it. It was missing parts. One of the springs was messed up. I have to call about that.

I bought this with free 2 Day delivery got half one week the other half the next week. It was missing parts and one of the hoops for the spring was split. Terrible experience

Got as a gift for my son for Christmas. So far, seems well constructed and he loves it. Directions were easy to follow, my 15 year old assembled most of this himself.

The trampoline is very good quality and so nice looking when finished. I will warn that you will need at least 2 people for assembly but 3 or 4 is better. It takes some time but worth it.

This is a very nice trampoline. The only complaint I have is the instructions. It could have been a little more thorough and clear. Hardware was nicely packaged. It took two us an hour and a half to completely assemble it.

First, this thing is cumbersome to put together and I have put together hundreds of items, including large furniture pieces. To cut the cost, they have done away with many essentials and that made assembly difficult and will impair durability a lot. For example, large metal parts are joined together with tiny screws. The enclosure net is attached to the base with 9 long SHOE LACES! You are supposed to stitch the net with the base using shoe laces. I lost the skin on two fingers doing this while keeping the tension (with the help on someone else) and I expect a failure of the laces over time with strain from jumping. This area should be attached using a heavy duty zipper or clippers, not shoe laces. Also, beware that you can't move this thing easily, not because it's heavy, but because when you left it up it will bend and start to buckle. Good luck mowing your grass under it easily.

I want to clarify a few things that I tried to find info on before I purchased. The weight limit is stated at 220 MAX, that's not per person. Trampoline does not come with ladder or tie downs. This is our first trampoline so I think it's a great price to see if the kids will play with it as much as they say they will. The set up took my 20 year old sons a few hours to do but they said it wasn't too bad. Overall I think it's well worth the money.

In the process of storing the trampoline over the winter, a couple of the poles were lost/ misplaced! I looked online to a place that sold trampoline parts, and they wanted $120 for 3 poles. So I called SportsPower directly. They were understanding, friendly, and answered the phone right away. My parts arrived in 3 days! It's unfortunate that I'm surprised by excellent service, but SportsPower stands behind their well made Steelflex Trampoline.
