I love that it has very little sugar and it has low on calories. I love the 10 vitamins and minerals. It has a smooth and creamy texture and it's not overly sweet.

As someone who has just been diagnosed with diabetes, I was thrilled to try this product. Each can contains only one gram of sugar and just two carbs, along with a whopping 30 grams of protein. I opted for the chocolate flavor, which is my favorite, and I absolutely loved it! Not only is it delicious, but it's also packed with nutrients and lactose-free. Flavor was palatable, much better than other shakes I’ve tried. Packaging was sleek and didn’t take up too much room in my fridge. TL;DR: tastes good, easy way to get my daily protein in, good packaging.

One thing that I don’t like is a lot of sugary taste in it. Even though it says zero sugar but it has a lot of sugar taste. The consistency is thicker than milk but not very thick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste and texture of this is good, very smooth and refreshing and I was overall impressed taste wise. I tasted before looking closely at details of the drink, and was surprised to read it is only 1g sugar. Looking closer the item does include sucralose, of which is an artificial sweetener. I personally won’t buy products with artificial sweeteners and generally avoid consuming them. Unfortunately because of of this detail this is not an item I would choose to buy.

At my local club they were giving out samples in those little plastic cups. While cool it wasn’t cold but my immediate thought was, this tastes like a yoo-hoo chocolate drink. Since I like yoo-hoos I bought a case. Put a couple in the fridge and tried it again but a lot colder. Wow, tastes even better! I read some of the reviews and wonder if the taste and thinner consistency that I like is because it reminds me of a treat I haven’t had in a long time. So if you like yoo-hoos you should definitely check this out for yourself. I’ll be sure to pick up more.

I do wonder where the extra protein is coming from as there is no added protein in the ingredients list. Also, it being in a metal can give it an ‘energy drink’ vibe that I find odd.
