[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a great way to get protein in. 30 grams is a lot more than what most protein shakes have in them. I like the convenience of the can too. They taste great.

We've been dringking premier for a while, we like it. I saw these for a similar price with Nuri being a better choice for added vitamins. I (43F) like them better, my son (16M) does not.
