Flavor was palatable, much better than other shakes I’ve tried. Packaging was sleek and didn’t take up too much room in my fridge. TL;DR: tastes good, easy way to get my daily protein in, good packaging.

The chocolate flavor is a little muted so I would’ve preferred a stronger flavor. Not super sweet either which is good. For the taste, I wouldn’t buy this.

I do wonder where the extra protein is coming from as there is no added protein in the ingredients list. Also, it being in a metal can give it an ‘energy drink’ vibe that I find odd.
