I was excited to find a lactose free protein drink. It does contain filtered milk, and I only gave it three stars because it does have sucralose which is a man-made artificial sweetener. Got to be careful what you put in your body.

Tasty and easy way to get some extra protein. Shake them up well, to remove the chocolate from the can sides, then wait a little bit to open them, or open slowly. They will fizz up when first opening after being shaken.

Great tasting protein shake without the aftertaste. Suggest you gently swirl the can versus shaking it. Hubby learned the hard way that shaking it vigorously will cause the same affect as shaking a soda can. Highly recommend this protein shake.

This is a great purchase! Flavor and consistency are excellent. Calorie and protein ratio is great too. And finally, cost per serving is very reasonable.

Really impressed with these shakes. The chocolate flavor is smooth and not overly sweet, and they don’t have that chalky aftertaste a lot of protein drinks have. The 30g of protein makes them great for after workouts, busy mornings, or just a quick meal replacement. They’re also easy on the stomach and convenient to grab on the go. Definitely one of the better ready-to-drink protein shakes I’ve tried.

These taste really good but if you rinse out the can when you think it is empty, there is a ton of gunk that comes out of it. I’m sure it’s just protein that has sunk to the bottom, but it looks disgusting.

Creamy and delicious shake that packs a punch with 30 grams of protein and only 150 calories. Very smooth texture and taste! Also love that it comes in a slim aluminum can instead of a plastic carton or paper tetrapak.

This is a very good protein drink! 30 grams of protein and only 150 calories! Great ratio!! It’s chocolatey & creamy, just as good as Fairlife. The only complaint, is when you shake it prior to opening, the can makes a mess. Just open it in the sink or outside and problem solved.
