I make the best chocolate chip cookies. For years, I have touted LOL salted sticks as the #1 choice for baking-and you deserved every accolade. However, shame on you for not admitting that you changed something. Jeesh, I thought my oven was broken!! I feel vindicated seeing all these other comments and wish you just put “new recipe” on the box.

I bought a case of soda, it wont let me write a review on it but anyways ive just about lost my patients with this store this is the 2nd complaint in the last 2 weeks the only reason ive been coming here is because of dentists appointments the case was wet and busted can inside and dented cans lookslike someone dropped right before i received it i definately want a refund

Prior to Covid all my cookies were perfect. Since 2020 or 2021 whatever you did to your butter has ruined my baking. My cookies are flat greasy garbage. I have changed absolutely nothing. I have thrown out more cookies and dough in the last three years. I will be trying something else, probably Kerrygold, I guess. Shame on you Land o Lakes for whatever you did to ruin your butter and my baking. My heart is so sad.i learned my lesson, finally making the switch after 2 or 3 crappy Christmas cookie seasons.

I have aexclusively used your product for many years. Recently, I thought it tasted a bit different and I was glad to come across these reviews! I agree. I don't know what has changed but it wasn't for the good. Then, yesterday, I read that you are abandoning your mascot of 92 years. BOOOOOOOO. I AM Native and didn't find it even slightly offensive. Another one bites the dust. Sad.

I just made and baked the same Christmas cookie I've been making for 50 years. When I creamed the butter and the sugar, it never really creams. This has never happened before. The dough was different. They didn't get as big as they usually do. They were harder. They usually melt in your mouth. Also, when i took them out to soften, never got as soft as I needed them after two hours on counter. What is going on??

The flavor you had in this product has gone or so mild I don't even taste it anymore. I'm going to try Continental butter chips hope the flavor of butter is still there. You can't get cheap on butter or you loose your flavor and that's what sold this butter.

I will ONLY use land o lakes butter. I make cakes, and will not substitute with any other butter. It seems that it has changed recently, and the consistency is runnier when softened. My icing won't stand up like it should. It also smells a little different. I have been through multiple boxes, bought at different times from different stores, and this seems to be the case just as of 2022. I don't know what is going on, but please switch it back!

I have used Land O Lakes Butter for years, and would never buy any other brand, but here in the last several months myself and my entire family have noticed a change in the butter consistency. It is like there has been some sort of oil added, its consistency is super greasy. This is super disappointing because we use alot of butter. I have read other reviews of the same complaint. You really need to check into this. At this time I am searching for another butter, because quite honestly I can't eat the greasy mess that your butter turns into. Never did that in the past.

We have been buying LOL for years recently the packaging has changed and SALTED needs to be more PROMINENT on package! My husband has been eating the WRONG butter for days and is on a sodium controlled diet,under 2000 mg per day and it matters darn it! Salted in small 1 shade off green color band is not sufficient especially since he is color blind and had to view on zoom in website to even see it, totally missed it on package. Saw blue stripe which is traditionally used for only un-salted packages and bought it.

We picked up our groceries at DeSoto Mo Walmart this evening. We opened up this head of cabbage about 6” long looking like it had been plucked of old leaves and not looking fresh at all. Surprised management would allow this to be on the shelf at this point. Not worth the trip back for return. Your produce could be better quality and fresher. I will go other places for my fresh produce from now on. Too many times it has happened.
