It has a soft, relaxing layer of memory foam that supported me and led to an enjoyable night of deep sleep--the best that I have experienced in years. It has the perfect blend of firm support and pillow top comfort. I like to have a soft mattress and was a little concerned about having a firm mattress. My concerns were quickly alleviated within minutes as I drifted off into a very restful sleep. The best part of the mattress how cool it keeps me. I have struggled over the years of getting too hot when I sleep and have had a tendency to wake up sweaty. That has not happened to me even once since sleeping on this mattress. I would recommend this mattress without hesitation.

We love the comfort of these beds. We purchased two twin extra long and nice to have separate, side-by-side beds that we can easily adjust to our own comfort levels. I have acid reflux, and because I can adjust the height, I no longer have problems at night with that, so get a really good nights rest! One minor thing that I don't like is that we have to make up two beds so need to pull them apart when we do that.

I Have Had the Queen size Bed about 10 years ago. It was time to Change Out and Get the New Style with Cool Twist Gel cool Pillow top and I Love It A True Blessing to My Back and Overall Health. Thank You for a Well and Outstanding Bed. It Cost is Great and the Quality in a Class by itself.

This mattress is the most comfortable one we've had so far. We've been married 40 years and went from a full, queen,and now a king! My husband said it's like being in nice hotel. Our previous mattress was a solid memory foam of another brand....only had it a few years and seemed to be sagging in the middle. We like firm mattresses but I'm a side sleeper and the pillowtop gives enough to not have sore shoulders and hips in the morning. Only had it a few nights now but it's fabulous! ! Good job Serta!

This mattress is amazing the quality is outstanding and the comfort is incomparable. Our previous mattress was a Simmons Beauty Rest and it was junk the handles ripped off while trying to adjust the mattress on the box spring and it broke down within 2yrs. This Serta I Hybrid Super pillow top is the most comfortable mattress we've had, I have sever nerve damage in my spine and neck and suffer from fibromyalgia. I know this is going to sound strange but this mattress is like sleeping on air, there are no pressure points or uneven support I have absolutely no pain in my neck or back in the mornings. We have had a water bed for many years. Switching to a mattress was a big decision for us. We had lots of thoughts about what to try. We considered a sleep number bed, and several others. After several days looking around, we decided to go with Serta. We are very happy with our decision, and highly recommend one.

I really like this mattress and the option of not feeling my partner moving all night long and it is very comfortable and 5 hours of sleep feels like 12 hours now compared to my old mattress that you feel your partner move around all the time and you felt more like you were sleeping on a cot then a mattress. I've had this for almost a month and I think it's the best mattress I've ever slept on anywhere so far.

Prior to purchasing the Serta Applause II Firm Q Top, my wife and I had been using a competitors "Air-Bladder" system. It was horrible. We endured this for too many years. I was sold on the Serta, immediately after laying down on the store demonstration model. I purchased the mattress, and the Motion Essentials Foundation. I could not be happier with the purchase. I can finally fall asleep easily and stay asleep. It is extremely comfortable, and yet has the firmness that only a Quality Innerspring Mattress can deliver. My back no longer hurts when I awake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large base and mattress, gives me a feeling of royalty, while climbing up to top of bed. The cooling gel was surprisingly very comfortable. I assumed the gel would be too cold but instead it feels just right. The ONLY problem is that I could no longer feel cool gel after putting on mattress cover and sheet. The support & memory foam is absolutely superb! After working out & having sore muscles, the memory foam & support of mattress helps to relieve soreness, instead of adding to it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this bed!! It truly has provided me with some of my best nights sleep.

Had four other mattresses in four months before this one. Couldn't find the right one. This mattress is by far the best one. This one is a keeper. I sleep on my side on the side of the bed. The other mattresses would sag on edge of bed, this one doesn't. Bed is comfortable. It took me about 2/12 hours testing the mattresses in the showroom. Found the best one. I am not disappointed.
