Very satisfied.

I slept on this for about 3 hours. Then woke up and went to the couch. Total junk. Called to have it returned, (supposed to have a great return policy) and it's still in my living room , 3 weeks later. Unbelievable nightmare

The reason I gave this 4 stars was for the exceptional return policy offered by Sam's Club. After 2 back surgeries and a hip replacement in the last 2 years, finding a comfortable mattress has been a real chore. I thought a nice soft comfy mattress would make my body happy, but instead it didn't offer the needed support for my back. I immediately asked for a return and Sam's Club accommodated my request without issue. Although this mattress was not for me, if you're  looking for a very soft sink into it type mattress, then you may like this Serta.
