It has a nice sweet flavor and you can taste the fennel in it and is not to strong. I can say this is one of my favorite

I have thought of a ton of different ways I can use it. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Not an Italian sausage at all. Very bland. Tasteless. Thick chewy casings. Bring back the sausage you used to have.

I bought these once and will never again! The skin is very tough and thicker than normal. If you remove the meat from the skin, it may not be bad but I bought sausages.

Delicious tasting sausage great value for the price, I cooked it on the stove top with yellow, red, green sweet peppers, and onion's and it came out delicious.

I have tried them all, many different brands--THESE ARE THE BEST...PERIOD. Just delicious, they got the recipe down.

Tried for first time. Would not buy again. Tastes like kielbasa with a hint of Italian. Probably the worst I've ever had.

I have really enjoyed the tast of this Italian Sausage. I love Italian food in general and this is a great addition for me.
