I'm from Rome, New York where Italian food is the very best, and Members Mark Mild Italian Sausage is absolutely ‘OUTSTANDING!' It's very meaty, and seasoned to perfection! We use it for sausage and peppers in sandwiches, and for all of our Italian dishes. It's ‘DELICIOSO!'👨🏻‍🍳

Cleanly made with actual pieces of pork, minimal spices, no little added white fat pellets that you see in lesser versions of pork sausage. Pleasantly surprised how nice these are, mildly seasoned, so they pick up the flavor, as in sausage and peppers, rather than dominating your dish. Try!!!!

We really have enjoyed this product and it's such a steal! It's been a great addition to pasta sauce and soups!

Absolutely delicious sausages. No other brand, except Member's Mark come close to the best Italian Sausages of PUBLIX BRAND ITALIAN SWEET & HOT SAUSAGES! We only wish Member's Mark makes Hot Sausage.

I used to use the Sam's brand solution but still experienced dry contacts through out the day as I used the computer a lot. Once they were out and this was the only one they had in stock so I bought it, since then I have never had dry contacts again!

We usually serve Uncle Charlies Mild sausage. It was unavailable at time of purchase so we took a chance on the store brand. It was just as good as the name brand. Cooked up nice an moist. We will be using this product in the future if the price warrants not using the trusted tried and true brand.

You're not going to find any better Italian Sausage than this. You'll also likely not find a better deal. They're giant and there are many! My favorite is to layer them in a crockpot, slice sweet onions and green peppers, place them on top and add two jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce. Cook low and slow or on high until done. Paired perfectly with Ball Park Brat Buns. You definitely don't want to pass this deal up!

The Member's Mark Mild Italian Sausage was really good in flavor, taste and texture. My whole family enjoyed them. I marked as a 4 star simply because some of the casing I found to be very chewy.

The sausage is delicious, however there is not a product paper separating the meat from the black styrofoam package. When freezing them and then trying to separate/remove feom package for cooking it is very difficult and styrofoam gets stuck onto the meet and was almost cooked with the sausage. Health risk!

This Italian sausage was really disappointing. It was so salty I couldn't eat it. Also the casing on it was very thick and hard to cut or chew. I usually have good luck with Members Mark products, but this was really inedible. I threw it in the garbage. It didn't taste right.
