[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I really enjoyed the mild Italian sausage. We grilled it outside along with a bakery roll, onions, peppers and cheese. The flavor of the sausage was delicious and it was ground fine. I was very please that there weren't any hard pieces of grizzle in the sausage.

I bought these to go with the chicken breasts that I marinate and then dry rub on the charcoal. I thought surely with all of the fat content in these they would be delicious. The problem with brats or sausages is that if it isn't seasoned (salt), you can't season it after the fact. Completely bland. The chicken disappeared and I had 12 lbs of that. Rave reviews. Still have many leftover sausages, no one was a fan.

I really like these sausages. They have such a good flavor! They were perfect for grilling on the patio in the summer heat. We paired with a fresh bun and some potato salad and it was a perfect lunch. I think these would be great in a pasta as well, or grilled alongside peppers. My whole family enjoyed and I will be buying again.

I feel confident serving this product to my family because it is free of things like msg, nitrates and artificial colors and flavors! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made these Members Mark Mild Italian Sausage for dinner. I cooked them with peppers and onions. I thought to cut them up prior to cooking. I noticed the casing was very difficult to cut through and I figured if I boiled the sausage a bit before cooking the casing would not be so tough. I cooked it up with the peppers and onions; the flavor was delicious but the common complaint was that the casing was really tough to chew. I think I will buy it again but instead I will open up the casing and cook the sausage without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sausage has such a great taste. I was pleasantly surprised as I'm extra picky. It's not spicy but a nice mild taste; quite tasty. They cook up very well and have such a nice color to it and even better when it's thrower on the stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Member's Mark Mild Italian Sausage are made with no artificial flavors or colors. I also like that it doesn't have any nitrates added. It's made with only premium cuts of pork. According to the website, the sodium listed on the nutrition facts for one sausage link is 650 which is a bit high for me. I cooked the links per the skillet instructions on the website and they turned out fine. The Italian links have a good taste.
