I took casings off after they cooked because to me they taste even better that way. Hopefully i can find ths Members Mark brand in my area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we grill for dinner we like to include a variety of meats. We like to use mild sausage to accommodate those who can't handle spicy food. These sausages fit the bill. They were a great value and did not flare up on the grill as they are not very greasy. Leftovers are easily added to pasta or used for sausage, peppers, and onions. You can taste hints of basil, these sausages are slightly sweet. I would have liked a bit more seasoning, and I usually like my food fairly mild. They blend well in a dish but alone are very mild. Overall a good value and I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this sausage in a sea food boil. It has some spice too it but not too much. It packs a lot of flavor. And fast cooking. Great taste. I recommend. Only wish it had more in the package. Other than that it's perfect.

I thought it was delicious every way. Griling and pan frying are both awesome options as is broiling.I would use whatever method is most convenient. I might also look into some recipes that incorporate this meat like a lasagna or a casserole.

It has a nice sweet flavor and you can taste the fennel in it and is not to strong. I can say this is one of my favorite

I have thought of a ton of different ways I can use it. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

It goes great with slow cooked peppers and onions or just by itself it is delicious. I would recommend this for a cookout with some great friends and family along with some potato salad and chips for great summertime meal!
