So I am always on the lookout for something new to try, to slap on the grill. Theses brats were yumm yumm. I don't like strong Italian flavored sausages, you know that spice that is always in Italian sausages, it is not my favorite. But these were not too spicy. I liked that. And they were big and juicy, so good grilled. Perfect for any summer occasion!

They are juicy and not dry, loaded with spices but not too spicy and just plain enjoyable. I cooked these on my charcoal grill and it seemed like the whole complex came alive to ask what I was grilling. I already have them on my grocery list so that I can make Alfredo and Sausage Pasta.

They were juicy and the casing was not tough. I do not like spicy food, so I chose the mild and they were perfect.

The spices and seasonings used, blended perfectly. If your grilling, or even cooking on the stovetop, I would definitely recommend Members Mark's brats.
