The Hercules did not have the correct number of Elastic Ball Straps , However the King Canopy Company did say they would send to us the number of straps that were missing.

Overall I'm Satisfied with the canopy, but several poles were damaged (little dents in them).

The structure was excellent. The top had numerous defects causing it to leak.

I bought one of these back in 2001. I built a treated 10 x 20 temporary deck to mount it to. I used it to put my saws and tools in while I built my garage(40 x 60 x 12). I remember that I used self tapping sheet metal screws to hold the pipes together (for extra strength) and I tied It down to the wood deck from the top side pipes. I even mounted a small ceiling fan in the middle along with 2 fluorescent shop lights and outlets at different points. In the winter I had a kerosene heater that I would turn on remotely to melt the snow off the roof. I used nylon twine, like Lowes has to tie your lumber up at the loading dock, to connect every corner to the deck, then made X's with the twine on the insides of the walls to keep the tarps from ripping. Worked great!

It is very tough, and tall. Everything we needed for our outdoor event. Only thing is the first time setting up, it does require at least 3 adults.

We purchased this canopy as a Command Tent / Dining Tent for our Boy Scout Troop. The poles were heavy duty and larger than expected. The canopy sealed tight with velcro wraps at each end. We liked it so much we are buying a second.

We put the canopy up yesterday. Upon completion we noticed two damaged areas on the top portion of the canopy. It appeared the threading of the material was not consistent in two areas with the rest of the product. We are concerned as the canopy particularly the roof is directly exposed to the hot sun consistently. We purchase new canopies at least every other year as the hot sun degrades the material particularly the top. Given the damaged two portions already noted on the top we are concerned about the integrity of the product. It's expensive and we worked hard to save for this which is used to protect our truck and barbques. Please respond to our concerns. Also short of tie downs thank you

This is the second canopy I have purchased. I am disappointed in the zippers on the door front. One broke the first time I used it, and now a second zipper will not zip all the way to the bottom in the center. I have ordered a replacement part from Powell and Powell, but it has not arrived yet, so I don't know if the new zippers will work or not. I am using it for a greenhouse nursery. I wish the walls came down a little further. There is still an open gap in the corners that does not completely close off, so I will need to duct tape over it in order to hold in the heat when I get the tender plants inside it on the cold freezing nights still to come.

We use this canopy for a sun screen in our driveway. Underneath is our outdoor furniture where we sit and relax. The tarp material seems strong enough for our purpose. The frame is steel and sturdy, joints were taped with aluminum tape for strength and rigidity. Took 2 of us about an hour to put up. We're quite happy with it so far, and had plenty of positive comments

Packed well with all parts and easy to follow instructions. Don't take short cuts, just do what they say. Great quality and great price.
