Decided to get these tires for my Jeep. It came with a great deal and reviews, which was within budget. Used for 6 months now and still going strong.

Great tire

General Tire

Excellent tire for the price.  It has a great road feel and is quite.  They have good grip in wet and muddy conditions. Overall a good bargain.

Great ride and quite

Bought these tires for my wife's Mini Cooper and my two classic MGB's last year.  Good tires, quiet ride, holding up quite well.  Good price too.

Smoother ride than the original tires.  Quite & no road noise.   We drive on city streets & make trips across the states on two lane & interstate.

Drives well on snow and ice

Just had to get new tires on my Subaru Forester for the first time!  It's like driving a brand new car again!

Great Tires

Smooth yet controlled ride. Quiet. Sure footed in dry, rain or snow. I've put these on two of our cars and will buy again. Highly recommended.

Bang for the buck!

I've bought this tire the first time for an Optima about 5 years ago then more recently for a Electra.  They work great on both vehicles.

Quiet and even good in snow

As soon as I purchased these tires my truck vibrates.  I've brought them back to the tire dealer and they rebalanced them on three separate occasions. After the the third failed attempt they gave me a new set of the same exact brand and still vibration.  I've been to 5 different mechanics and they say everything under the vehicle is tight and they see no issue in the vehicle that perhaps its the tires.  I received a recall letter but the DOT on my tires are not included in the recall which is hard to believe because the letter states you will experience excessive vibration which I have experienced from day one.  Unless the tire dealer has damaged my vehicle, which I highly doubt, it is the tires because my truck NEVER vibrated until these tires were installed onto my vehicle.

Vibration from day one

I purchased these last fall, the factory tires which never had very good traction were to the point that I could not do another winter with them.  I have low mileage on my car since it is only a 'work' car so wear was not the issue.  These Generals have considerable amount of traction comparably and improve the handling of the car.  They allowed me to make it through the winter, even driveway busting through 6 some foot deep snow drifts in my little Sonic, very impressive as I did not want to walk the rest of the way (200 yards or so in cold blowing snow).  I used Tire Rack to  review options and in my opinion, these were the best for me.  Very pleased with this purchase.
