General Tire

This is my second set of tires and never had a problem  .. I would recommend this brand general Altimax rt43 ..

Really good tire..

These 4 Altimax rt-43 fits perfectly on my 2017 all black journey. Makes it more sporter. Handles the road and acceleration. Keep that hush! LOL.

Stylish and dependent

We now have these RT43's on all three vehicles. When you compare the quality, price and performance, there isn't much out there like it.

Best all around tire

I have bought 2 sets of General Tires

Bought four new tires, within a month, come home to find that I have a huge flat on one tire, sidewall puncture, had to get a new tire.

1 tire got busted within a month

About to be 6 months ago and pretty much the strongest, stickiest, quietest tires I've ever had in my life.

Soft and quiet.

The tires are better in every way than expected, except they tend to develop a humming as they approach 45 mph. I like quiet.

These Alrimax tires are handling the roadways quite well thus far no complaints...reasonably peiced good tores!

Two months since purchase and no issues with my tires.

As soon as I purchased these tires my truck vibrates.  I've brought them back to the tire dealer and they rebalanced them on three separate occasions. After the the third failed attempt they gave me a new set of the same exact brand and still vibration.  I've been to 5 different mechanics and they say everything under the vehicle is tight and they see no issue in the vehicle that perhaps its the tires.  I received a recall letter but the DOT on my tires are not included in the recall which is hard to believe because the letter states you will experience excessive vibration which I have experienced from day one.  Unless the tire dealer has damaged my vehicle, which I highly doubt, it is the tires because my truck NEVER vibrated until these tires were installed onto my vehicle.

Vibration from day one

I purchased these last fall, the factory tires which never had very good traction were to the point that I could not do another winter with them.  I have low mileage on my car since it is only a 'work' car so wear was not the issue.  These Generals have considerable amount of traction comparably and improve the handling of the car.  They allowed me to make it through the winter, even driveway busting through 6 some foot deep snow drifts in my little Sonic, very impressive as I did not want to walk the rest of the way (200 yards or so in cold blowing snow).  I used Tire Rack to  review options and in my opinion, these were the best for me.  Very pleased with this purchase.
