Although I don't drive as much anymore since getting these tires (pandemic-I'm sure that will change soon), I feel safe and my air pressure indicator light hasn't come on in months, which has been problematic in the past. I am pleased with these tires, though the ride is a little rougher than expected, but I think it's from lack of use, not quality.

The Altimax RT43 on our 09 Subaru Impreza has proven itself as a well rounded performer. The ride is smooth, steering input is good, wet weather conditions are easily handled and light snow is within its range of use. Tire wear is far better than original tires.

I bought these tires about ten thousand miles ago we went on a 2000 Mile Road Trip 2 days after purchasing. I noticed a big difference in noise right away. I previously had Kumho tires and they were noisier. I live in the snow belt in Northeast Ohio and I didn't have a single problem with snow traction this year. I would definitely recommend these tires to anyone.

I've been buying the AltiMAX RT line almost since it came into existence. My wife and I both enjoy its excellent tread stability in our FWD and AWD vehicles, as well as the low road noise, very competitive pricing, and excellent value due to its fantastic longevity. Just purchased a set for my new Honda Fit, and will be replacing a 6 year old hard working set in the fall on my wife's AWD Subaru Forester.

Bought these for the daughters car about 1 year ago, NE Iowa driving conditions.  Bought them due to the reviews I read for overall traction especially for winter driving and wet pavement.  Overall pretty happy with the tires, they are quieter and have better overall traction then Kelley tires that I have installed on two other vehicles.  Suppose to be 65K tires so hoping they will last a long time.  We try to all our vehicle tires inflated to 35-36 psig which has helped with better mileage and not to much pressure to roughen the ride.

They are better than a four, but they are brand new. I had a set of General Grabber's on my 94 Ford Ranger for about 4 1/2 years and got about 60k on them when they were finally about worn out with 2-3/32 of tread on them. So I was going to buy another set because they were great.  However they didn't make them in my size so I bought these instead in the last week of June 2019, and man and I happy.  These are EXTREMELY quiet was the first thing I noticed.  They had an initial grip from being virgin rubber that I really like but I thought that would wear away very quickly.  So far I've put 1000 miles on them in dry and most recently a severe down pour with several inches of rain that I had a very long drive in.  THey performed like no body's business.  Not a single bit of hydroplaning or squirly steering at all.  Gripped the roads during sharp turns at high speeds all the time.  I can't rate tread life due to being new and I can't rate fuel effiency because they haven't changed it.

Original tires were worn so it was due to replace all 4, on October 25, 2017. Also had front and rear brakes replaced as well. Since last October, smooth driving with limited issues from original tires, AltiMax RT43 are better that described and a reasonable tire in this day and age, would buy again on other family cars

Glad i made this choice for my 2011 Camry. Tires are smooth, quiet and I although I have not driven in a NY winter yet, my expectation is that they will perform based on tread pattern  I am extremely happy so far with the AltiMax RT43 and recommend these tires.

When I shop for new tires, I look to find the perfect tire that offers the best blend of expected tread lifespan, superb traction & grip in all types of weather (I live in the Midwest... land of snow and rain!), low road noise, and a reasonable price. In short, I want the best combined value for all tire metrics. The Altimax RT43 has proven to do just that  We're over one year in and ~20,000 miles later... these tires are holding up nicely on all counts. Glad I made this choice.

I have 6,000 miles on these tires and will rotate shortly. I  am very pleased with them at this point. They are quiet and seem to have good traction. I will be putting this same tire on my 2001 Chevrolet S-10. I can`t rate tread life and fuel efficiency at this time.
